Ben Hookway — CEO

Ben Hookway has 15 years experience in technology businesses. He was CEO
and co-founder of Next Device, a mobile phone UI technology company,
which he sold to Mentor Graphics in 2006. His last role was as Director
of Business Development for Mentor Graphic’s embedded software division,
promoting Mentor’s OS products to network operators, semiconductor
companies, and device manufacturers, where is ships on 300m + units
annually.
Ken Tindell — CTO

Ken Tindell joined Vidiactive as the CTO in 2008 prior to EV’s
investment. Previously Ken was the founder and a former CEO of
LiveDevices, a 3i and TecCapital funded company selling embedded
internet and real-time operating system tools (acquired by
Robert Bosch GmbH in 2003) and a co-founder of Volcano Communications
Technologies, a real-time embedded communications company (acquired by
Mentor Graphics Corporation in 2005). He has also been a non-executive
director for several technology companies.
Iolo Jones — Chairman

Iolo Jones is widely regarded as a leading pioneer of the multimedia,
internet technology and internet television industries. He has strong
technical and marketing skills and has built three successful
multi-million pound companies from scratch, selling two companies and
taking the third public. As founder and CEO of Narrowstep Inc he
architected telvOS, the leading internet TV platform; major clients
included corporations such as Ford and Unilever, leading broadcasters
such as ITV and Virgin Media and telcos such as Telefonica. Iolo has
recently consulted with Ofcom, contributes to a wide range of
publications and regularly speaks at major industry events all over the

is well-regarded in the industry.
Jerry Ennis — Non-executive Director

Jerry has been a venture capital investor since January 2001 when he joined Doughty Hanson as one of the five founding partners of a ~$275M technology fund. Previously Jerry worked in various roles in the telecommunications industry, where he gained significant international experience. He is an entrepreneur and his last venture-capital backed business was sold to Telcordia Technologies, a major US telecoms business. Jerry also sits of the Board of Adaptive Mobile and is an advisor on the board of Handmade Mobile, where he is also acting as the interim COO.
